• These Cold water shrimp are far more succulent than warm
water or farm-raised (Tiger) shrimp . This is because they grow
far slower and although smaller, they are raised in superior Alaskan
waters. This produces the sweetest shrimp in North America.
• Alaskan Spot Prawns are the largest of Alaska’s
shrimp. They are generally sold as unshelled, raw shrimp.
• Sold “IQF” or block frozen
