and approved by the State of Alaska, FDA and is HAACP compliant.
Our main seafood processing plant is located in
Kasilof, Alaska, adjacent to the Kasilof River and the Sockeye
salmon
fishing grounds of Cook Inlet. All of our
wild Alaska salmon and gourmet seafood is harvested in a responsible
sustainable manner.
We
make our gourmet seafood gifts the old-fashioned way, by hand
with only the finest all natural ingredients. Only wild caught
salmon are used to make our smoked
salmon products.
Our Alaskan seafood products are chosen from only the freshest
available in Alaska. The brine
used for smoking is a combination of natural sea salt and
brown sugar with no nitrates added. Our smoked Sockeye
salmon and smoked
halibut is smoked using alder wood which brings out the

Baked Chinook with
White Wine Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1 whole side of King salmon or few fillets
- 1 1/2 cups of white cooking wine
- 1 lemon
- Salt
- Pepper
Recipe Preparation:
Skin the wild salmon if not already done, and cut the
fillet into 3”wide pieces. Marinate the king salmon
in the white wine and the juice from one lemon for 15
minutes. Place on a broiling pan. Preheat oven on broil.
Salt and pepper the king salmon. Place the broiling
pan and salmon about 6” away from the broiling
element. Broil for ten minutes and turn the salmon over
and broil for an additional 5-10 minutes. Check periodically
to see if it is done by breaking apart one piece.
