I just wanted to let you guys know that we received our order right on time...everything was still frozen, it all looked great!

I actually thawed out two cuts of the Yukon King and the smoked cut that you guys let me try out...and I have to say, it was the best salmon I've ever had! Very fresh!

The smoked cut was superior! I am definitely ordering more of that. No doubt, it was the best smoked salmon I've had. It had an amazing taste!

The Yukon King I cooked on the grill on cedar planks! Of course that only enhanced the already great flavor of the fish.

I just wanted to take a moment and thank you for the smoked cut, and thanks for such prompt delivery and wonderful tasting Salmon!

I'll definitely be a repeat customer! Be looking for an order right around Christmas!

My shipment arrived in excellent shape and perfect timing. I must let you all know that I am presently enjoying the smoked salmon I purchased from you. It is by far the most excellent I have ever tasted. For years I have only purchased Seabear smoked salmon; suffice it to say, Seabear has lost a customer. Excellent work. I was hoping to find good salmon like I had in Montreal a couple of years ago, and now I have found it. The fish here is very sub standard.

I just wanted to thank your organization for getting a large order for 20 lbs. of smoked king salmon bellies and a side of sockeye together quickly and sending it out a.s.a.p. so we could receive it the next day, just in time for our culinary festival. In particular, Mindy was very helpful in getting the information we needed to make the right decision about what to purchase.

The quality of your product speaks for itself—this was the finest hot-smoked salmon I can ever remember eating. Your smoking process retains the character and tender texture of the fish while still imparting a nice smoky flavor. The balance between smoke, salt and sweet was perfect and didn’t obscure the taste of the salmon itself. Many people at our fundraising event asked our volunteers where or how they could purchase your salmon (I wish that I had thought to ask you for some business cards with your website listed; it still might be helpful to send me a dozen or so!)

Keep up the good work; I’ll be putting in a personal order sometime in the future.

Thank you for making my husband very happy. He loved the lox!! I even had to go and buy bagels and cream cheese. He had tasted lox at a breakfast buffet in Texas and fell in love with them. When Mike asked for lox for his birthday I wasn't to sure how I was going to get them. Your web site was so easy to use and even tho you ship fed ex we don't have next day shipping where I live. The lox were in great condition and the flavor is wonderful. Thank you for making my husband's birthday a success. He was surprised I found it for him.

I just wanted to say that my family LOVES the way you smoked our salmon. I sent my father and my husband on a Great Alaskan Vacation about a week ago and their salmon was sent to you for processing. I only wish that my husband had more salmon smoked because since they have been back and we just can't get enough. Our daughter who is not a big salmon eater has eaten smoked salmon everyday for almost a week now. We have to hide the salmon from her so we can get some before she eats it all. I just wanted to say your smoked salmon is OUT OF THIS WORLD and we will be ordering some more as soon as we get more room in our freezer we still have 55lbs of salmon to eat. At the rate we are eating salmon the order will be really soon.

I had ordered a pound of it several months ago to try and it was so good, that when I saw this fantastic sale for your Nova Lox,offered this week in your weekly e-mail, I just had to stock up on it! Therefore, I purchased twenty pounds of your Nova Lox for my freezer. When you say "overnight shipping," you really mean it! I just received my Jalapeno Smoked Salmon that I ordered, that you mailed yesterday!
I was a bit concerned because, here in the state of New York, we are in the midst of a heat wave with high temperatures, (98 degrees expected), and high humidity. I was concerned about how long my shipment might sit in the back of the delivery truck with blistering heat.
However, I just unpacked my order and everything is still frozen! Wow! I'm impressed! Now, I have nothing to worry about and everything is safely in my freezer!
