We have fished all over Alaska and have had fish processed at several places. Kasilof Seafoods is by far the best processor we have used. The packages were the correct size and done so nicely. They were flash frozen and ready on time as well. We can't say enough good about your operation. It is top notch. Thanks so much for the quality work you do. It is easy to see the pride you place in a job well done.

My husband and I were up last summer to fish the Kenai and did some halibut fishing.
Thanks to you and your crew we were able to bring all of our catch back to Georgia all fresh and frozen. They have been such a delight to us and our friends. Looking forward to being back this July. Hello, Me and my wife were staying at the Fish Hut and used our guide Casey's Guide Service. We asked them where the best place around is to process our king salmon. The response was a resounding Ed's Kasilof Seafoods. The last time we were in Kenai (2003) we had the fish processed by Berg's Peninsula Fish. We were 100% discussed with the product they sent back to where we live in Minnesota. Most of the cyrovac bags had leaks so the fish would have a very short life. Any way we want to rave about the fish we just received from you. There was not a single bag broken nor was the order not wrong. On top of that the smoked fish you made for us is out of this world. For now on we will only use your place while in Alaska and will gladly recommend your place to anyone who asks. Oh and lastly, the girls you have working there they are great, helpful, and friendly.

Last summer I visited Alaska for the first time with two friends. We were first directed to one of your competitors and though we were total greenhorns, we knew something wasn't right. A halibut boat captain from Deep Creek suggested we try your place. When we arrived at your facility in Soldotna, we met a young man who said he'd show us the ropes, so to speak. I'm sure we asked him some nitwit questions, but he didn't make us feel like the tourists we were. He was one of the local people we met who really helped make our trip so tremendous.

The other night it dropped below zero here where I live in Maine, so I took advantage of the cold and defrosted my old freezer, which required me to remove the contents and put them in the garage. The freezer contents included about 30 pounds of Alaska fish. I noticed that as much as 75 percent of your competitor's supposedly vacuum sealed packages were full of freezer frost. But every one of your packages were intact, with no freezer frost, and so, no freezer- burned fish. Such is the difference between excellent service and whatever it was we got from your competitor.

We will see again this year.

What a nice job of packaging the fish... They arrived perfect! I am impressed not only with the quality but the preparation for shipping... (Have gone to Sitka for the past 4 Yrs and bringing the fish home has had its trial and errors)
