Stuffed Whole Salmon Recipe |

Recipe Preparation:
Clean and remove head, tail and guts from your fresh
Alaskan salmon. Salt and pepper fish both inside and out.
Heat 1 tbsp. of olive oil in a large skillet and cook
onions and zucchini, peppers and 1/2 of garlic until tender.
Remove from heat and add remaining ngredients, except
cheese, to skillet and mix well. Stuff your whole salmon
with vegetable mixture, sprinkle crumbled cheese over
stuffing mixture and bake your whole fish in a greased
baking dish at 325 degrees for approximately 2 - 3 hours
(or until salmon becomes flaky). You can add a fish stock
for a heavier flavor, add just enough to just cover the
bottom of your baking dish, and baste often during the
cooking process. |
