Game Goulash Recipe |
| Recipe Ingredients:
- 1 lb. Moose/Venison, cubed
- 1 pkg. Noodles, cooked/drained
- 2 Onions, minced
- 1 small can Tomato Sauce
- 1 1/2 cups Water
- 4 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 tbsp. Ketchup
- 1/4 tsp. Dry Mustard
- 1 tsp. Paprika
- 3 tbsp. Brown Sugar
- 1/2 tsp. Vinegar
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 3 tbsp. Flour

| Recipe Preparation:
Start by browing your meat, then add onion. Mix together
Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, ketchup, tomato sauce,
brown sugar, paprika, and mustard. Drain fat from meat
and add mixture to meat and onions. Add 1 cup of water,
stir and cover. Cook on low for 2 hours or until meat
becomes tender. Mix together flour and remaining water
and add to goulash. Bring goulash to a light boil (continuing
to stir) and remove from heat. Serve goulash over noodles
or combine noodles with mixture. |
