Wild Duck |
| Recipe Ingredients:
- 3 cups Duck Meat, cubed
- 1 sm. can Olives, ripe & chopped
- 1 cup Onion soup mix with mushrooms
- 3 Green Onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup Sherry
- 1 tbsp. Lemon Juice
- 3 tbsp. Butter
- 1/8 tsp. Thyme
- 1/8 tsp. Rosemary
- Salt & Pepper to taste

Smoked Salmon

| Recipe Preparation:
Melt butter in saucepan; add onions. Cook until onions
turn transparent; stir in onion soup mix. Next add sherry,
lemon juice, olives, salt, pepper, thyme and rosemary;
stir well. Spread duck meat over bottom of a buttered
casserole dish then add remaining ingredients and bake
at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly. |
