| Recipe Ingredients:
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 2 tbsp. Oil
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Curry Powder
- 1 tbsp. Lemon Juice
- 1/8 tsp. White Pepper

| Recipe Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring just
to a boil (but do not boil). Serve immediately. The sauce
is excellent over asparagus, broccoli or green beans. |
