Twice Baked Potatoes Recipe |
| Recipe Ingredients:
- 4 Alaska Grown Baking Potatoes, cooked
- 4 oz. Ed's Smoked Wild Salmon
- 4 slices of Cheese
- 3-4 tbsp. Butter, as needed
- 2-3 tbsp. Milk, as needed
- 3 tbsp. Bacon Bits
- 2 tbsp. Green Onions, minced
- 1/8 tsp. Salt
- 1/8 tsp. Pepper

Ed's Smoked Salmon

| Recipe Preparation:
Start with cutting your baked potatoes in half. Scoup
insides out into a large mixing bowl. Whip potatoes with
butter, milk, salt and pepper. Add bacon bits and onions;
stir well. Spoon mixture into empty half shells. Top each
baked potato half with flaked smoked salmon and a 1/2
slice of cheese. Place halves into a baking dish and cook
uncovered in a 375 degree oven until cheese is melted.
