Recipe Ingredients:
- 6 Tortillas, corn
- 8 oz. Ed's Smoked Salmon, flaked
- 1 can Green Chilies, minced
- 1/2 cup Half and Half
- 1 small can Tomato Sauce
- 1/2 cup Onion
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- 1 cup Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup American Cheese, shredded
- 1/8 tsp. White Pepper

Recipe Preparation:
Cut tortilla shells into strips and fry until crispy;
set aside. In a saucepan saute' onion then add chilies,
half and half, tomato sauce, garlic, pepper; stir well.
In a two quart baking dish, layer half the fried shells,
half the flaked salmon, half the saute mixture and half
of the cheese; repeat layering. Bake in a preheated 350
degree oven for 25-30 minutes.
