Side Stripe Shrimp Recipe |
| Recipe Ingredients:
- 4 lbs. Side Stripe Shrimp, cooked/peeled
- 3 cups Olive Oil
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Lemon, quartered
- 3/4 cup Ketchup
- 1/2 cup Green Onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup Celery, minced
- 1/2 cup Vinegar
- 3 tbsp. Horseradish
- 3 Bay Leaves
- 2 tsp. Salt or to taste
- Lettuce Leaves

Recipe Preparation:
In a medium mixing bowl add eggs, paprika, salt and mustard;
slowly add oil and beat until thick. Add vinegar and squeeze
lemon juice out of wedges (add wedges too!). Add remaining
ingredients except shrimp. Place mixture in refrigeration
for 6 - 12 hours. Before serving remove bay leaves and
lemon wedges. Line a medium serving bowl with lettuce
leaves and pour mixture into bowl. Arrange shrimp around
the edge of your serving bowl add more as needed. |
