Recipe Ingredients:
- 2 lbs. Scallops
- 1 pkg. Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup Green Onions, chopped finely
- 3 tbsp. Bacon Bits
- 1 tbsp. Parsley Flakes

Recipe Preparation:
In a medium sized bowl combine cream cheese, onions and
bacon bits. Cut a small slit into each scallop and stuff
with mixture. Bake stuffed scallops at 350 degrees for
30-40 minutes (overcooked scallops will be tough). Garnish
scallops with parsley flakes and serve.
