Spicy Mountain Sheep Recipe |

Recipe Ingredients:
- Sheep Meat
- 3 tbsp Flour
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. Curry Powder
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1/8 tsp. White Pepper
- Beef Soup Base, to taste
- 1 tsp. Lemon Juice

Recipe Preparation:
In a hot cast iron skillet brown 1 inch cubes of sheep
meat in a little oil. When well browned remove meat from
pan. Stir in flour to the drippings in the pan and brown.
Add onion, curry, salt, pepper and beef base. Mix together
well and bring slowly to a boil. Return the meat to the
pan and reduce heat to simmer. Add lemon juice and cook
until tender. Excellent when served over rice. |
