Lime Halibut Fillets Recipe |

Recipe Ingredients:
- 2-4 small Halibut Fillets
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup Onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup Water
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 doz. Tomatillos, chopped
- 3 Jalapeno's, chopped
- 4 tbsp. Lime Juice
- 2 tbsp. Fresh Cilantro, chopped
- 2 tbsp. Cream Cheese, softened
- 3 tbsp. Sour Cream
- 1/4 tsp. Oregano
- 1/4 tsp. Tarragon
- 1/4 tsp. Sea Salt
- 1/4 tsp. White Pepper

Recipe Preparation:
Cook onions and tomatillos until tender (about 10 minutes)
then add to a food processor along with oil, lime juice,
water, jalapeno's, garlic, herbs and seasonings; process
until well blended. Mix together sour cream and softened
cream cheese and add an equal amount to the top of each
fillet. Place fillets in a baking dish and cover with
mixture. Add enough water to cover the bottom of the baking
dish, cover and bake for 10 minutes per inch of thickness
at 350 degrees. |
