Stir Fried Shrimp over Linguine Recipe

Recipe Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. Ed's shrimp, cooked and shelled
  • 6 oz. Linguine
  • 18 Snow Peas, remove ends/strings
  • Parmesan Cheese, to taste
  • 3/4 cup Green Bell Pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Onion, chopped
  • 2 1/2 tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. Butter
  • 1/2 tsp. Dry Oregano Leaves
  • 1/4 tsp. Hot Red Chiles, crushed/dried

Recipe Preparation:

Cook linguine according to package instructions (drain well and rest linguine on a hot platter). While pasta is cooking heat up a wok over high heat. When your wok is ready (hot) add oil, chilies, onion, bell pepper and oregano. Stir-fry for about 4-5 minutes. Reduce heat to medium-high and add melted butter to the wok. Next add peas and stir fry for about 1 minute. Add in Ed's wild shrimp and stir well. Remove wok from heat. Spoon stir-fry over linguine and sprinkle with cheese. Serve immediately.
