Fried Shrimp over Linguine Recipe |
| Recipe Ingredients:
- 1 lb. Ed's shrimp, cooked and shelled
- 6 oz. Linguine
- 18 Snow Peas, remove ends/strings
- Parmesan Cheese, to taste
- 3/4 cup Green Bell Pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup Onion, chopped
- 2 1/2 tbsp. Olive Oil
- 1 1/2 tbsp. Butter
- 1/2 tsp. Dry Oregano Leaves
- 1/4 tsp. Hot Red Chiles, crushed/dried

| Recipe Preparation:
Cook linguine according to package instructions (drain
well and rest linguine on a hot platter). While pasta
is cooking heat up a wok over high heat. When your wok
is ready (hot) add oil, chilies, onion, bell pepper and
oregano. Stir-fry for about 4-5 minutes. Reduce heat to
medium-high and add melted butter to the wok. Next add
peas and stir fry for about 1 minute. Add in Ed's wild
shrimp and stir well. Remove wok from heat. Spoon stir-fry
over linguine and sprinkle with cheese. Serve immediately. |
