| Recipe Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Shrimp, finely chopped
- 1/3 cup Water Chestnuts, chopped
- 1/3 cup Green Onions, chopped
- 1 lb. Lean Ground Pork
- 2 tsp Pickle Relish
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 tsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp White Pepper
- 30-35 Lumpia (egg roll) wrappers (halved)

| Recipe Preparation:
Combine shrimp, water chestnuts, onions, pork and relish.
Add and mix in thoroughly the eggs, soy sauce, salt &
pepper. Spoon about 2 tbsp of the pork/shrimp mixture
on one end of the wrapper and roll tightly. Brush end
of wrapper with water to seal. Deep fry until golden brown.
Serve with sweet and sour sauce. |
