Recipe Ingredients:
- 1 lb. Side Stripe Shrimp, cooked,chilled
- 1 Lemon, cut in slices and twisted on serving bowl's
edge
- 1 cup Chili Sauce
- 1/4 cup Lemon Juice
- 3 tbsp. Celery, minced
- 2 tbsp. Onion, minced
- 2 tbsp. Green Pepper, minced
- 2 1/2 tbsp. Horseradish
- 3 tbsp. Ketchup
- 1 1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/8 tsp. Tabasco Sauce
- 1/2 clove Garlic, minced
- Lettuce Leaves for Garnish

Recipe Preparation:
Prepare your cleaned shrimp ahead of time and keep them
chilled until ready to serve. In a medium sized bowl combine
together chili sauce, lemon juice, celery, onion, green
pepper, horseradish, ketchup, worcestershire sauce, Tabasco
Sauce and garlic. Mix well, cover and chill for at least
1 hour. Line your serving bowl with lettuce leaves then
pour sauce mixture into center. Arrange chilled (cooked)
shrimp along the edges of the serving bowl. If using as
for a party tray you can use a larger bowl filled with
ice to set the cocktail sauce in and arrange shrimp around
the ice bowl rather than the sauce bowl. |
