| Recipe Ingredients:
- 2 cups Halibut, cooked, flaked
- 1 cup Shrimp, cooked & deveined
- 6 eggs, hard boiled and sliced or chopped
- 8 cups Macaroni, cooked and drained
- 4 dill pickles, chopped
- 1/4 cup Onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup Green Onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups Celery, chopped
- 1 cup Peas, frozen
- 1 sm. can Pimentos, chopped
- 1 cup Carrots, diced
- 2 cups Mayonnaise - to taste
- 2 tbsp. Ranch dressing
- Salt and Pepper to tatste

Smoked Salmon

| Recipe Preparation:
Drain the macaroni water over peas in a colander to thaw.
Set eggs aside, combine remaining ingredients lightly
then gently fold in eggs and peas. Serve chilled. Do not
keep leftovers for more than two (2) days!! |
