Sea Scallops Alfredo Recipe |
| Recipe Ingredients:
- 1 lb. Ed's Sea Scallops
- 1 lb. Angel Hair Pasta, uncooked
- 2 tbsp. Olive Oil
- 1 1/2 cups Fresh Mushrooms, sliced
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 cups Half & Half
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Parmesan Cheese, grated

| Recipe Preparation:
Dice scallops into quarters. Heat oil in cast iron skillet.
Add mushrooms and garlic, saute' gently. Do not allow
these to brown. Add Scallops. Cook stirring constantly
for about 2 minutes or until scallops begin to soften.
Stir in half and half, cook over low heat for about 20
minutes until liquid is reduced by half. Season with salt
and pepper. Cook pasta according to package directions.
Drain. Pour scallop mixutre over angel hair pasta, toss
well. Garnish with parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
