Kabobs |
| Recipe Ingredients:
- 4 Jumbo Scallops, chunked
- 4 Large Shrimp, uncooked and shelled
- 4 Slices of Bacon, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 2 Chunks of Lobster Tail
- 1/2 lb. Mushrooms
- 1 Lemon, quartered
- 1/4 cup Butter, melted
- Dried Tarragon
- Salt and Pepper to taste

| Recipe Preparation:
Bake the bacon in the oven at 350 degrees until firm
but not crisp. Arrange the seafood, mushrooms and the
bacon pieces alternately on two kabobs. Season with salt,
pepper and tarragon to taste. Brush the kabobs with melted
butter and broil about 3 inches from the heat, only long
enough to cook through and crisp the bacon. Turn often
and brush with butter. Serve with lemon wedges. |
