Salmon Breakfast Scramble |

Recipe Ingredients:
- 1 can Ed's Canned Salmon (fresh/smoked)
- 6 Eggs
- 3 tbsp. Milk
- 3 tsbp. Onion, minced
- 1 tbsp. Green Pepper, minced
- 1/4 cup American Cheese
- Garlic Powder to taste
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Butter for cooking

Recipe Preparation:
Add butter to a large skillet. Once butter has melted
add salmon (drained/flaked), onions and green peppers,
fry for 2-3 minutes. In a medium mixing bowl combine eggs,
milk, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Beat well. Pour
eggs over onions and peppers and scramble eggs with other
ingredients and cook until eggs are done. Sprinkle cheese
over scrambled eggs and serve. |
