Recipe Ingredients:
- Left over salmon or 2 cans of salmon
- 2 Tbsp. of finely chopped onions
- 1 Tbsp of finely chopped green peppers (or Jalepeno)
- ¼ Tsp. of salt (to taste)
- 1 large egg
- ¼ cup of cooked rice

Recipe Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix very
well. Make a patty out of the mixture about ½ inch
thick. Grill until hot and serve. |
