Ed's Smoked Salmon Mousse

Recipe Ingredients:

• 16 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
• 1 can Ed's Smoked Salmon
• 2 pkg. Gelatin
• 1 can Mushroom Soup
• 1 cup Onion, minced
• 1 cup Celery, minced
• 1 cup Mayonnaise
• 1/4 cup Water

Recipe Preparation:

Dissolve gelatin in water. Add mushroom soup to softened cream cheese; stir well. Next add onions, celery, mayonnaise and Ed's canned smoked salmon; stir well. Pour mixture into a mold of your choice and refrigerate until mousse is set.
