Smoked Salmon Mousse |

Recipe Ingredients:
- 16 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 can Ed's Smoked Salmon
- 2 pkg. Gelatin
- 1 can Mushroom Soup
- 1 cup Onion, minced
- 1 cup Celery, minced
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Water

Recipe Preparation:
Dissolve gelatin in water. Add mushroom soup to softened
cream cheese; stir well. Next add onions, celery, mayonnaise
and Ed's canned smoked salmon; stir well. Pour mixture
into a mold of your choice and refrigerate until mousse
is set. |
