Salmon Marinade |

Recipe Ingredients:
- 8 Ed's Wild Salmon Fillets
- 1/2 cup Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup Soy Sauce
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp Ginger, powder
- 1/3 - 1/2 cup Lemon Juice, to taste
- 3 tbsp Seafood Seasoning
- Salt & Pepper to taste

Recipe Preparation:
Combine oil, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, juice, seasonings,
salt & pepper. Blend well. Pour marinade into a 9
x 13 glass dish. Place salmon in marinade, cover and refrigerate
for about 12 hours, turning occasionally. Broil or grill
salmon for 4 minutes on each side, until salmon flakes
easily.
