Salmon Loaf Recipe |
| Recipe Ingredients:
- 2 cups Wild Salmon, flaked
- 1 cup Cream of Celery soup, undiluted
- 1 cup Bread Crumbs
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup Chives, chopped
- 1 Egg, beaten
- 1 tbsp. Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp. Salt

Recipe Preparation:
Set salmon and bread crumbs aside. In a large bowl combine
all remaining ingredients; mix well. Stir in salmon and
bread crumbs. Press mixture into a lightly greased loaf
pan. Bake in a preheated oven, at 350 degrees, for approximately
1 hour or until done.
