Stir Fry Recipe |
| Recipe Ingredients:
- 3/4 lb. Jumbo Spot Prawns, cooked
- 15 spears of Asparagus (depending on size)
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 tbsp. Oil
- 1 1/2 tbsp. Water
- 1 tbsp. Lemon Juice
- 1/2 tsp. Sea Salt
- 1/4 tsp. Sugar
- 1/8 tsp. white Pepper
- 10 Green Olives, sliced

| Recipe Preparation:
Clean asparagus spears and remove tips. Slice asparagus
into thin strips. In a large skillet heat oil and garlic;
cook until browned and discard garlic. Place asparagus
strips in to hot oil then add water and steam for 1 minute.
Add prawns, salt, pepper, lemon juice and sugar to skillet;
stir well. Cook for 2 minutes or until thouroughly heated.
Garnish with olives slices and serve. |
