Ed's Oven Smoked Clams Recipe

Recipe Ingredients:

  • 20 Ed's Wild Clams, uncooked
  • 1 cup Light Olive Oil
  • 3 tbsp. Liquid Smoke
  • 2 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 tbsp. Lemon Juice
  • 2 tsp. Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp. Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp. Celery Salt
  • 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp. Seafood Seasoning
  • 1 tsp. Tabasco Sauce
  • Paprika to taste

Recipe Preparation:

Start by preheating your oven to 350 degrees. Spread your clean clams over the bottom. In a bowl combine all the remaining ingredients (except paprika) and pour mixture over the top of clams. Sprinkle with paprika and bake for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, stirring often.
