Oven Smoked Clams Recipe |

Recipe Ingredients:
- 20 Ed's Wild Clams, uncooked
- 1 cup Light Olive Oil
- 3 tbsp. Liquid Smoke
- 2 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 tbsp. Lemon Juice
- 2 tsp. Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp. Chili Powder
- 1 tsp. Celery Salt
- 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp. Seafood Seasoning
- 1 tsp. Tabasco Sauce
- Paprika to taste

Recipe Preparation:
Start by preheating your oven to 350 degrees. Spread your
clean clams over the bottom. In a bowl combine all the remaining
ingredients (except paprika) and pour mixture over the top
of clams. Sprinkle with paprika and bake for 1 1/2 to 2
hours, stirring often. |
