Mushroom Sauce |

Recipe Ingredients:
- 8 oz. can Mushrooms, sliced
- 1/4 cup Butter
- 1/4 cup Flour
- 10 oz. Chicken Broth, can
- 1/2 cup Cream
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp. Chives, chopped

| Recipe Preparation:
Saute' mushrooms in butter until warm and golden. Cover
and let simmer for 4 minutes. Blend in flour. Add broth
slowly, sitrring until smooth. Stir in cream, Worcestershire
sauce and chives. Heat just until mixture simmers. Serve
Hot. |
