Kasilof Mornay Sauce

Recipe Ingredients:

  • 1 cube Chicken Bouillon
  • 3/4 cup Water, boiling
  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 1/4 cup Flour
  • 1 cup Cream
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 1 cup Swiss Cheese, shredded

Recipe Preparation:

Dissolve bouillon cube in boiling water. In a saucepan melt butter. Blend in flour and add the cream. Gradually add remaining ingredients and stir until smooth. Heat to simmer. Serve hot.
