Moose Steak Recipe |

Recipe Ingredients:
- 2 lbs. Moose Steaks, thinly cut
- 2 cups Bread Crumbs
- 3 tbsp. Onion, grated
- 1 Egg, beaten
- 1/3 cup Milk
- 1 1/2 tsp. Sage
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1/8 tsp. Pepper
- 1 tbsp. Ketchup
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce

Recipe Preparation:
Season moose steak with salt and pepper. In a small bowl
combine bread crumbs, milk, sage, ketchup, worcestershire
sauce, egg and onions. Mix well. Spread a layer of stuffing
over steak then roll steak up (like a jelly roll) and
tie with a string. Place meat on a baking rack and cook
uncovered for 40-45 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
