Pot Roast |
| Recipe Ingredients:
- 3 lb. Moose round or rump roast
- 3 cups Carrots, diced
- 3 Onions, sliced
- 1 1/2 cups Currant Jelly
- 1 tbsp Parsley, dried
- 1 tbsp Seasoned Salt
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper

| Recipe Preparation:
Put the moose roast in a glass bowl and mix together
all the remaining ingredients, cover and place in refrigerator
overnight. Next day, add water if necessary and proceed
to bake as you would for a pot roast. This is very good
cooked in a pressure cooker. Use the liquid for gravy
if you like. |
