Pepper Steaks Recipe |

Recipe Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 lbs. Moose Steak
- 1/2 cup Butter
- 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup Onion, minced
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 tsp. Cracked black Pepper Corns, ground
- 1/2 tsp. Dry Mustard
- 1/8 tsp. Salt

Recipe Preparation:
Prepare basting sauce in a small saucepan. Melt butter
with parsley, salt, ground pepper corns, onion, garlic,
worcestershire sauce and mustard. Heat over low heat,
stirring constantly, until butter melts. Reserve 1/4 of
prepared sauce. Place moose steaks on a grill and baste
both sides frequently during the grilling process. Thinly
slice cooked moose steaks. Serve sliced meat with reserved
sauce as a dip or drizzled over it. |
