Wild Moose Meatballs Recipe |
| Recipe Ingredients:
- 1 lb. Ground Moose Burger
- 1 1/2 cups Hot Water
- 1 lg. can Tomato Soup, condensed
- 3/4 cup Wild Rice, uncooked
- 3 tbsp. Onion Soup Mix
- 2 tbsp. Oil
- 2 tbsp. Onion, minced
- Salt & Pepper to taste

| Recipe Preparation:
In a large bowl mix together moose burger, rice, onion
soup mix, onion, salt and pepper (to taste). Form mixture
into (approx.) 12 meat balls. In a large skilled, brown
meatballs in oil then add tomato soup and water. Cover
and cook on low heat for 90 minutes or until rice is tender. |
