| Recipe Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cup Water
- 1/2 cup White Wine Vinegar
- 1/2 cup Fresh Mint Leaves, chopped
- 1/4 cup Lemon Juice
- 2 1/2 tbsp. Sugar
- 1/8 tsp. Salt

Smoked Salmon

| Recipe Preparation:
Using a large saucepan combine vinegar, 1 cup of water,
1/2 of mint and simmer until reduced by half. Strain leaves
out. Add lemon juice, remaining water, sugar, salt and
stir well. Chill for 1 hour. Add remaining mint just prior
to serving. |
