Dijon Grilled Salmon Recipe |

Recipe Ingredients:
- 2 lb. Wild Salmon Fillets or Steaks
- 1/2 cup Maple Syrup
- 1/4 cup Apple Cidar Vinegar
- 1/4 cup Water
- 3 tbsp. Honey Dijon Mustard
- 1 tbsp. Oil
- 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp. Onion Powder
- Salt & Pepper to taste

Recipe Preparation:
In a small saucepan bring maple syrup, mustard, vinegar,
water and salt to a boil and then simmer for about 12-13
minutes; add oil to mixture and stir well. Remove from
heat and allow marinade to cool. Place fillets in cooled
marinade and chill for 1 hour. Remove fillets from marinade
and season with garlic powder, onion powder and pepper.
Cook fillets on a well greased grill for 3-4 minutes per
side or until done, baste fillets at least once with remaining
marinade while grilling. |
