Crab Tortillas Recipe |

Recipe Ingredients:
- 1 lb. Ed's King Crab Meat, shredded
- 8 medium Flour Tortillas
- 1 jar Mild Salsa
- 1 large Onion, diced
- 2 cups Milk
- 1/2 cup Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded
- 1/3 cup Parsley, chopped
- 3 tbsp. Butter
- 2 tbsp. Flour
- 1/2 tsp. Coriander, ground
- 1/4 tsp. Cayenne Pepper

| Recipe Preparation:
Start by preparing white sauce. To do this, melt 3 tbsp
butter in a medium sized saucepan. Stir in flour and cook
for 1 minute (continuously stirring). Gradually add milk,
stirring constantly, cook until thickened. Next add 1/2
of cheese and set sauce aside. In a skillet saute onion
in butter for 3 minutes. Stir in parsley, remaining cheese
and 1 cup of white sauce. Add king crab, coriander and
cayenne. Fill tortillas evenly, roll up and arrange seam
side down in a casserole dish. Pour remaining sauce evenly
over tortillas and place in a preheated 375 degree oven.
Bake for 30 minutes or until nice and bubbly. Serve with
a spoonful of salsa over the baked tortillas.
