- 1 cup Whipping Cream
- 1 tbsp. Lemon Juice
- 2 tbsp. Horseradish, from bottled kind
- 1/8 tsp. Salt
- 1/8 tsp. White Pepper

In a small bowl whip cream. Add remaining ingredients
and mix until blended thoroughly. Serve as a dipping sauce
for salmon fillets or smoked salmon. |
