Dijon Cod Fillets Recipe |

Recipe Ingredients:
- 4 Cod Fillets
- 1 cup Ritz Crackers, crushed
- 2-3 tbsp EVOO (olive oil)
- 3 tbsp Honey
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1/2 tsp Soy Sauce

Recipe Preparation:
In a small bowl combine honey, soy sauce, extra virgin
olive oil and two tablespoons of dijon mustard; mix well.
Spread crushed crackers crumbs over a small plate. Melt
butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Brush or dip
cod fillets in honey mustard mixture and then roll in
cracker crumbs. Fry breaded filletes for 3-5 minutes per
side (depending on thickness) or until done.
