Wraps Recipe |
| Recipe Ingredients:
- 1 lb. Halibut Fillets
- 12 Bacon Slices, Hickory smoked

| Recipe Preparation:
Cut halibut fillets into medium sized chunks. Cut bacon
slices in half. Wrap one of the half slices around each
piece of halibut and secure with a toothpick. Place on
lightly greased (use vegetable spray) cookie sheet and
broil (turning occasionally) until bacon is crispy and
halibut flakes. |
