Skewers Recipe |
| Recipe Ingredients:
- 2 lbs. Ed's Wild Halibut Fillets
- 1 1/2 lbs. Large Shrimp, peeled/cleaned
- 4 tbsp. Olive Oil
- 4 tbsp. Soy Sauce
- 3 tbsp. Lime Juice
- 1 tbsp. Orange Juice

| Recipe Preparation:
Remove skin and bones (if any) from halibut fillets.
Cut fillets into 1 inch cubes and store in a shallow bowl.
In a small bowl combine oil, soy sauce, lime juice and
orange juice; pour over cubes of fish. Let fish marinate
for about 30 minutes at room temperature. Strain fish,
reserving marinade for later use. Fill four skewers with
alternating cubes of fish and shrimp. Place skewers in
center of your grill and cook for 5-8 minutes, turning
once (brush with marinade), or until fish flakes easily
with a fork. Serve hot. |
