Fried Rice Recipe |

Recipe Ingredients:
- 1 box, Fried Rice Mix, prepare according to directions
on box.
- 1 cup Halibut Chunks, cooked
- 1 cup Wild Shrimp, cooked
- 2 tbsp. Soy Sauce
- 1 Green Onion, minced
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 cup Frozen Peas

Recipe Preparation:
Prepare the box of fried rice, according to the directions
on the box, in a large pan, add frozen peas and set aside.
Scramble egg in a small bowl and then cook it in a large
skillet until done. Remove egg from skillet and shred,
set aside. In the same skillet add onion and fry until
tender. Add onions, peas, halibut, shrimp and soy sauce
to fried rice and heat for about 2 minutes, Add egg and
heat for another minute. Serve Hot. |
