Rosemary Recipe |

Recipe Ingredients:
- 1 lb. Halibut Fillets
- 3/4 cup Cheddar Cheese Soup
- 1 Onion, sliced
- 1 can Stewed Tomatoes, chopped
- 2 1/2 tbsp. Butter
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp. Rosemary Leaves, crushed
- 1/8 tsp. Salt
- 1/8 tsp. Pepper
- 1 tbsp. Italian Seasoning
- 2 tbsp. White Wine

Recipe Preparation:
Lightly grease a two quart baking dish and preheat your
oven to 350 degrees. Place halibut fillets in bottom of
dish and pour in wine. Add butter, onion and garlic. Sprinkle
both sides of halibut fillets with rosemary, salt, pepper
and italian seasoning. Pour tomatoes over top of fillets
and then add canned soup. Cover and cook for 10 minutes
per inch of fillet thickness or until halibut flakes easily
with a fork. |
