Rolls Appetizer |

Recipe Ingredients:
- 8 oz. Wild Halibut, cooked, shredded, cold
- 1 pkg. Flour Tortillas
- 1 pkg. Cream Cheese
- 1 head Lettuce
- 1 1/2 cups Carrots, shredded
- 1 1/2 cups Tomato, diced
- 1 cup Radishes, diced
- 4 Green Onions, chopped fine
- 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 2-3 tbsp Italian Seasoning - to taste

Recipe Preparation:
In a medium sized bowl mix together cream cheese (room
temperature), italian seasoning and mayonnaise. Spread
an even layer of mixture over each tortilla shell. Cover
cream cheese mixture with a layer of lettuce. Spread halibut
over lettuce and continue adding remaining ingredients
in layers (sprinkle green onions last). Roll tortillas
and secure with toothpicks every inch or two. Slice diagonally
across rolled up tortillas creating bite sized pieces.
Serve chilled as an appetizer or in larger portions as
a main course. |
