| Honey-Ginger
Halibut Recipe |

Recipe Ingredients:
- 4 Halibut Fillets, frozen
- 1/4 cup Onions, chopped
- 3 tbsp. Butter, melted
- 2 tbsp. Lemon Juice
- 2 tbsp. Honey
- 1/8 tsp. Ginger, ground
- dash Paprika
- Seafood salt to taste

Halibut

| Recipe Preparation:
Mix together butter, lemon juice, honey, ginger, onions
and paprika; set a side. Place frozen halibut fillets
on the rack of a unheated broiler pan. Broil fillets about
4 inches from heat for 7 minutes. Next brush honey mixture
on fillet, turn fillet and brush with mixture. Broil 5-8
additional minutes or until halibut flakes. Remove from
heat, brush with remaining mixture and sprinkle with seafood
salt. |
