| Recipe Ingredients:
- 2 cups Halibut, cubed and cooked
- 2 cups Potatoes, diced and cooked
- 4-6 slices of Bacon, chopped
- 1/4 cup Celery, chopped
- 1 Onion, minced
- 1/4 Red/Green Pepper, Minced
- 1 cup Frozen Peas
- 1/2 cup Pimientos, chopped
- 1/8 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1/8 tsp. Pepper
- Salt to taste

Recipe Preparation:
Fry bacon in a large skillet over low heat. Cook until
all fat is rendered. Remove bacon from skillet, drain
and crumble; set aside. Over medium heat, saute' onions,
green/red pepper and celery until they are tender. Add
potatoes and cook until lightly browned. Stir in peas,
pimientos, halibut and bacon. Season with garlic, salt
and pepper; fry for 1-2 minutes or until all ingredients
are hot.
