Recipe Ingredients:
- 1 lb. Ed's Jumbo Scallops
- Baby White Onions
- Whole Mushrooms
- Cherry Tomatoes
- 1/2 cup Olive Oil
- 1/3 cup Lemon Juice
- 2/3 cup Soy Sauce
- Salt & Pepper to taste

Recipe Preparation:
Mix together olive oil, lemon juice and soy sauce. Skewer
scallops, alternating with vegetables. Baste with sauce
mixture. Grill for 5- 10 minutes or until scallops are
opaque in center.
