Halibut Sandwich |

Recipe Ingredients:
- 2 cups Halibut, cooked & flaked
- 1/3 cup Onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 4-6 slices Velveeta Cheese
- 6-8 slices Bread

Recipe Preparation:
Mix all ingredients (except bread & cheese) using
more or less to your taste. Spread mixture on bread, place
a slice of cheese over spread and top with another slice
of bread. Grill sandwich on fairly low heat. It will take
awhile for the halibut to get warm. If the pan is to hot
the bread will brown to quickly and the fish will be cold.
