Cod Fillets with Almond Sauce Recipe |

Recipe Ingredients:
- 4 Cod Fillets
- 1 cup Almonds, ground
- 1 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup Ritz Crackers, crushed
- 1/4 cup Cashews, ground
- 6 cloves Garlic, chopped
- 3 tbsp. Lemon Juice
- 1 1/2 tbsp. Red Wine Vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. Sea Salt
- 1/2 tsp. White Pepper
- 1/2 tsp. Tabasco Sauce

Recipe Preparation:
You can use a coffee bean grinder to grind the cashews
and almonds. Use a food processor to thoroughly mix almonds,
cashews, crackers, garlic, tabasco, vinegar, salt and
pepper; Add part of lemon juice and part of oil and mix
well. Continue to slowly add remaining oil and set aside
until cod is ready. Lightly season cod fillets with sea
salt and pepper; Grill cod on a medium grill for approximately
10 min. per inch of thickness. Remove from grill and garnish
with almond sauce before serving.
