Recipe Ingredients:

7 cups Water
- 1 1/2 lbs. Wild Salmon scraps
- 2/3 cup Onion, chopped
- 2 tsp Salt
- Bay Leaves, optional

Fresh-Frozen
Keta

Recipe Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in a large pot, bring to a boil
and simmer for 30 minutes. Strain through a sieve, saving
the liquid and discarding the solids. You now have the
start for some good old Alaskan Soup or Chowder. |
