Recipe Ingredients:
- 35 Pink Clover Blooms
- 30 White Clover Blooms
- 25 Fireweed Blooms
- 1 tsp. Alum
- 5 lbs. Bag White Sugar
- 3 cups Water, boiling

Recipe Preparation:
Remove all stems from flowers. Gently rinse all blooms
in cold water. Put all ingredients except water in pan,
and then pour boiling water on. Let stand for 10 minutes.
Bring to a boil and boil for 10 minutes. Strain this mixture
through cheesecloth. Pour into canning jars and water
bath process for 10 minutes before sealing lids. |
